For my independant reading book i chose to read Angle's Choice by Lauren Baratz-Logsted. This book was about an unplanned pregnancy. Angel was sort of odd. She was not that popular and did not have alot of friends. She was invited to a party out of pitty but when she felt unwelcomed she decided to go off with one of her guy friends. She was very drunk and did many things she regreted. She went through with the pregnancy. While i was reading the book i did not want to put it down. It kept my attention through the whole book. When i was finished with the book i did not want it to end. This is mostly a girl boo. So i suggest you give it a try.
